A page on this website dedicated to sniffing out scammers is in the works. Guys, this is a small business which does some advertising on Facebook and other social media platforms. Its come to our attention that there are scammers copying some of our pictures and posing fake ads. We at the318Properties.com are here to fight this trend and stop it.
We will soon be posting pictures any fake ads we become aware of here on the website. As a warning and source for those unsure about real property managers or ads they see online.

Compare to our actual Facebook Ad - notice the address is NOT LISTED. for security reasons. This scammer is a prime example why we do not post addresses on fb and thoroughly vet and insist prospective tenants apply before walking the property:
