INCENTIVE and REWARDS

Disqualifiers (evictions - year 1 tenant does not qualify for incentives with eviction on record)

Section (1) (6x count) - Choose one
1A - $100 off deposits if Step 1 completed within 36 hours of first phone contract and application link sent.
1B - Half off deposits temporarily if Step 1 completed within 24 hours of first phone contact and application link sent but second half will be due within 24 days [a respite] of paying down the partial deposit. However, you also have the option of paying $48 to turn those 24 days to 48 days of respite!
1C - Quarter (25% off deposits temporarily if Step 1 completed within 48 hours of first phone contact and application link sent - but the other 25% will be due within 25 days [a respite] of paying down the partial deposit.
1D - Only a $300 deposit if Step 1 completed within 24 hours of first phone contact and application links being sent. This easy deposit only applies if lease is for the shorter 3 month's rent term and applies only to units under $700 rent where no utilities are paid by management)
1E - Any deposit reduced to $400 but $80 will be added to monthly advertised rent price.
1F - Tenant receives after 6 months of no late payments past the 1st of the month, $60 off on the 6th month's on time payment for rent.
            Referral fee of $50 (Automatically applies) 3 month rental threshold for newly referred tenant who signs.
