Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at Jpropertiesmgt@yahoo.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Step 1 is laid out above but if you ask what's next? or want an overview here it is!

There is an easy 3 step process. Step 1 is starts above with completing the application along with required documentation and application fee(s).

*Please note we do require step one to be completed before meeting for a walkthrough.

Step 2 is the providing proof of income and a security deposit which holds the house exclusively for the qualified applicant for a span of 10 days for peace of mind and planning.

Step 3 is the final step: the closing. Ideally step 3 occurs within 10 days of providing the deposit and involves meeting to review the sign, tender the first full months rent, and receive the keys. This concludes the onboarding process and future welcome to your new home!
